Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate with four to six years of experience. This position is available in any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link. Key responsibilities include:

• Experience with renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives
• Advising developers
• Drafting and negotiating tax credit transfer agreements
• Financings and M&A pertaining to the renewable energy sector

Responsibilities

The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources business unit. Duties include:

• Advising developers on renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives
• Drafting and negotiating tax credit transfer agreements
• Managing financings and mergers and acquisitions related to the renewable energy sector

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:
