Position Summary

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing general customer support in a high-volume call center environment. This role requires handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and completing administrative tasks while maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and email inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Enter and update information in internal systems
  • Process basic transactions, including payments and service requests
  • Routinely route inquiries to appropriate departments when needed
  • Maintain documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet established productivity and quality metrics
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • STRONG TENURE
  • A high school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and data entry)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call center experience
