Position Summary
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing general customer support in a high-volume call center environment. This role requires handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and completing administrative tasks while maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and email inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Enter and update information in internal systems
- Process basic transactions, including payments and service requests
- Routinely route inquiries to appropriate departments when needed
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions
- Meet established productivity and quality metrics
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- STRONG TENURE
- A high school diploma required; some college preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and data entry)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience
