Renewable Energy Real Estate Associate

About the role

The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.

Responsibilities

- Experience with wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions, through both development and financing. - Work closely with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit. - Demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Requirements

- Five to seven years of experience preferred. - Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. - Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individual with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience.
