Renewable Energy PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renewable energy projects from initiation through completion.
• Cookordination of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Development of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitoring of project performance, costs, risks, and timelines.
• Management of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
• Preparation of project reports, technical documentation, and client updates.
• Conducting site inspections and overseeing quality assurance processes.
• Identification of opportunities to improve project efficiency and delivery.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience delivering renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV / Wind Turbines, battery storage, EV charging, and energy systems.
• Experience with project scheduling and cost management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to Have

• PMP or PRINCE2 Project Management Certification.
• Experience with utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of grid connection processes and energy market regulations.
• Familiarity with SCADA, EMS, and IoT technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Electrical Engineering background or CEC accreditation.
