Key Responsibilities
- Support all stages of the investment process, from deal origination through execution and management.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential investments and returns.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with external partners, advisors, and legal teams.
- Perform market research related to renewable energy, tax laws, and energy industry trends.
- Monitor existing portfolio investments and assist with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with company strategy and financial goals.
- Provide general support to senior team members on special projects and initiatives.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Coursework or experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, or energy markets preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to move between workstations and meeting spaces.
Work Environment
- Professional office environment based in Quincy, MA.
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours as needed.
