About the role
A Solar Sales Consultant is NOT a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s)
- Closely work with the appointment setting team to ensure successful appointments
- Close deals with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry
- Ensure customers understand how solar works and where the money is coming from to help pay for their project
Requirements
- Experience in sales
- Outside sales (in-home sales) experience preferred
- Solar experience welcomed
- Willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Reliable vehicle and license required
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to educate customers about solar energy
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000)
