About the role

A Solar Sales Consultant is NOT a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s)
  • Closely work with the appointment setting teams to ensure appointments are set up effectively
  • Close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry
  • Make the sale by educating homeowners about how solar works and where the money is coming from to help pay for their project

Requirements

  • Sales experience
  • Outside sales (In-home sales) experience preferred
  • Solar experience welcomed
  • Willingness to learn

Qualifications

  • Reliable vehicle
  • Valid driver’s license

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with clients
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and incentives

Pay

Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000)
