Renewable Energy Construction Estimator

Responsible For

• Providing leadership and managing the operational and financial aspects of construction projects
• Managing relationships with new and potential clients
• Developing project proposals and estimates
• Fostering relationships with team members and maintaining company culture
• Reviewing and analyzing bids
• Establishing labor needs and coordinating with HR
• Creating and completing project schedules
• Interfacing professionally with vendors, subcontractors, landowners, and community members

Requirements

• 15+ years construction experience
• Effective communication with a variety of internal and external constituencies
• Adaptable communication style and active listening skills
• Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal, team building, customer service, communication, problem solving, and leadership skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Current driver's license
• Able to speak and understand English
• Ability to read plans
• Preferred: Ability to speak Spanish
