Renewable Energy Client Team Leader - Woodinville, WA
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage key renewable energy client relationships and overall client experience
- Identify, pursue, and secure new renewable energy opportunities across wind, solar, and BESS markets and potentially the data center market
- Forecast client sales, staffing needs, and revenue; ensure profitability and favorable contract terms
- Support go/no-go decisions, pursuit strategies, and teaming partner selection
- Represent DEA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or related field), or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in renewable energy and/or power delivery consulting
- Demonstrated success managing renewable energy clients and projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- PMP certification
- Experience with Alternative Project Delivery (APD) or EPC/EPCM projects
- Experience supporting utility-scale renewable developers or contractors
- Experience delivering power delivery infrastructure projects serving the data center market

Lead proposal development, fee strategies, and contract negotiations. Leverage market knowledge to expand services with existing clients and enter new renewable markets. Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated solutions.
Project & Team Leadership
Serve as Principal-in-Charge, Client Team Leader, or Project Manager, as appropriate. Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and technical teams. Ensure quality, schedule, budget, and risk management standards are met or exceeded. Support project recovery and collections, as needed.

Potential Salary Range
$156,000/year - $208,000/year
