Remote Volunteer Systems Administrator — iLevelUP Platform

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud services, servers, accounts, domains, certificates, backups, and monitoring
• Maintain access controls, patching, configuration, and operational documentation
• Sustain development, staging, and production environments
• Troubleshoot availability, performance, connectivity, and deployment issues
• Help automate repeatable administration and recovery tasks
• Cookordination incident response, maintenance windows, and system changes
• Review capacity, costs, logs, alerts, and service health
• Support secure onboarding and offboarding of technical volunteers

Qualifications

• Experience administering Linux, Windows, cloud, web, database, or container environments
• Familiarity with networking, identity, backups, monitoring, scripting, and security fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and remote collaboration skills
• Able to manage changes carefully and protect sensitive information
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Docker, or CI/CD is helpful
