Responsibilities
- Audit approved content for purpose, audience, accuracy, duplication, accessibility, gaps, ownership, and lifecycle
- Create audience journeys, content models, taxonomy, navigation, messaging hierarchy, and editorial standards
- Create governance for requests, briefs, review, source verification, approval, publishing, updating, archiving, and deletion
- Define plain-language, accessibility, privacy, safeguarding, SEO, and brand requirements
- Build prioritized content roadmaps and reusable briefing templates
- Collaborate with program, product, UX, outreach, marketing, support, and subject-matter reviewers
- Define responsible success measures without manipulative engagement or unnecessary tracking
- Document decisions, owners, source dates, risks, and review schedules
Qualifications
- Experience in content strategy, information architecture, UX content, editorial operations, digital products, or education
- Strong audience research, taxonomy, governance, plain language, accessibility, and measurement skills
- Ability to organize complex information and facilitate cross-functional decisions
- Familiarity with youth-centered, privacy-conscious content is helpful
- At least 21 years old and willing to complete screening and confidentiality requirements
