Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Manage online files and documents using cloud-based platforms.
- Conduct internet research and compile information as requested.
- Auxiliary with bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Process orders and maintain customer databases.
- Cook up travel arrangements when required.
- Maintain project deadlines and provide administrative support to management.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, CRM software experience is an advantage, Basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred, Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
