Remote Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events.
  • Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritising communications for senior staff.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Perform data entry, maintain company databases, and ensure records are kept up-to-date.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide general administrative support, including file organisation and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Assist in coordinating projects and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • A high level of discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
  • Experience in the construction or electrical industry is desirable but not essential.
