Responsibilities
- Manage and organise calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events.
- Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritising communications for senior staff.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform data entry, maintain company databases, and ensure records are kept up-to-date.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide general administrative support, including file organisation and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Assist in coordinating projects and tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- A high level of discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Experience in the construction or electrical industry is desirable but not essential.
