Job Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalency is required
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, advanced computer navigation using multiple programs at one time
• Ideal candidate will be driven by customer service demonstrating active listening and offering meaningful solutions in a fast paced and dynamic guest service environment
• Proven record of making logical decisions, problem solving, resourcefulness, multitasking and expediency
• A passion for skiing or snowboarding and familiarity with mountain resort culture is a plus
