Remote Triage Nurse (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full-time LPN to join our interdisciplinary care team at Diana Health. Diana Health is a network of modern women’s health practices that aims to reimagine the maternity and women’s healthcare experience by combining a tech-enabled, wellness-focused care program with a clinical system that supports continuous quality improvement and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care:
  • Act as the first line of call in clinical communications for patients, within guidelines/protocols
  • Administer injections and medications
  • Provide direct clinical care as needed for minor check-in visits or lab draws
  • Support clinic visits as appropriate and per training when needed
• Administrative Support:
  • Maintain the daily flow of clinic
  • Act as backup support for MAM
  • Keep logs
  • Clean rooms and sterilize instruments
  • Obtain and transcribe patient medical records
• Additional Workflow Items:
  • As the need arises

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse
• 2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs
• Lactation certification (IBCLC, CLC, CLE) preferred, but not required
• Bilingual, Spanish skills preferred
