Remote Travel Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Travel Representative to support clients before, during, and after their trips. In this fully remote role, you will assist with travel-related requests, provide customer support, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for each traveler.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Assist with reservation updates, itinerary changes, and general travel inquiries
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and procedures
• Confirm travel details and follow up with clients prior to departure
• Address client concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is a plus, not required)
• Organized and comfortable handling multiple requests
• Able to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Interest in travel and helping others
