Client Support & Travel Assistance

• Provide excellent customer service to clients planning travel
• Aid in researching and coordinating travel options including cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotel accommodations
• Respond to client questions and provide helpful travel information
• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
• Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
• Support clients before and after travel when needed
