About the role

The Itinerary Planning Specialist will develop and manage travel itineraries for clients, ensuring all travel arrangements meet their needs and preferences. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using travel management software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed travel itineraries for clients
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel arrangements
  • Monitor and update travel plans in real-time to accommodate changes
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in travel planning or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations and compliance
  • Experience with virtual meetings and collaboration tools
