About the Role

This fully remote role centers on assisting clients with curated vacations, premium accommodations, and personalized itinerary coordination. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and experience expectations
- Research and coordinate luxury resorts, premium cruise lines, and customized vacation packages
- Manage the reservation and confirmation process with precision
- Communicate professionally regarding itinerary details, travel requirements, and updates
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Provide proactive follow-up and service support before and after travel
