About the role
Responsible for providing remote support services to individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Responsibilities
- Assess and document client needs
- Provide ongoing support and guidance
- Coordinate with healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in TBI services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of TBI rehabilitation programs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Experience with telehealth platforms
