About the role

We are not a public accounting firm — we are a wealth management platform with an integrated tax practice that works alongside financial planners and investment specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions for some of the most sophisticated clients in the country.

Responsibilities

• No billable hours — ever
• More than just compliance — outside of busy season, the work shifts to proactive tax planning and wealth strategy alongside our advisors
• Work with clients in your market — wherever you are located, you will be working primarily with clients in your region
• Real relationships, not a faceless compliance role

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of tax experience in public accounting or private wealth
• CPA or EA preferred — eligible candidates actively pursuing licensure welcome
• Solid foundation in individual and trust taxation — HNW exposure a plus
• Comfortable preparing complex returns and communicating directly with clients
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working fully remote
• Eager to grow beyond compliance into real advisory work

• Base salary up to $130,000, commensurate with experience
