We are looking for a Tax Senior to join a business advisory firm that focuses on high-impact tax strategies. In this role, you’ll do more than just process returns—you’ll help business owners navigate complex real estate investments and implement tax-efficient solutions that protect their wealth. Key Responsibilities Tax Review & Prep: Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring data is interpreted accurately and reflects the client's strategic goals.Advisory & Planning: Implement business tax planning solutions and provide proactive advice based on a solid understanding of current tax concepts.Team Mentorship: Act as a technical resource for less experienced staff, helping them grow through knowledge transfer and guidance.Client Communication: Break down complex technical tax terms into clear, actionable advice that entrepreneurs can actually understand and use. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Previous public accounting experience is required, specifically working with multiple clients simultaneously.Credentials: EA or CPA designation preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of tax planning and data interpretation. Proficiency in UltraTax and Thomson Reuters software is highly preferred.Mindset: You are a strategic thinker who enjoys the "advisory" side of tax and thrives in a 100% virtual team.
