The Role

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and review the work of tax staff
• Perform sophisticated tax work year-round, including advisory and planning
• Engage in proactive client strategy and business development
• Collaborate with partners to support your career advancement

Requirements

• Active CPA or EA license
• 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong foundation in individual, pass-through, partnership, trust, estate, and business entity taxation
• Experience managing client relationships and reviewing the work of tax staff
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
• Genuinely interested in building a career

Qualifications

• Passionate about tax consulting and planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Base salary up to $175,000+, commensurate with experience
