Qualifications

• Active CPA license required (EA or J.D. may be considered in select cases)
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with fiduciary (1041) and estate tax returns (706)
• Prior experience as a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director, or equivalent leadership responsibilities
• Strong client relationship and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Review complex High-Net-Worth Individual (1040) tax returns
• Review fiduciary (1041), estate (706), and gift (709) tax returns
• Provide year-round tax planning and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and build long-term relationships
• Lead complex engagements and mentor tax professionals
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client strategy and practice growth
