Remote Sr. Director, Healthcare Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead and design evaluation strategies for clinical and operational interventions
• Execute causal inference evaluations using advanced statistical methods
• Establish standards and governance for program evaluations across departments
• Translate complex data findings into actionable executive narratives
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related quantitative field
• 6+ years in people leadership and matrix leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful program evaluation results
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong command of statistical modeling and data analytic techniques, particularly in healthcare domains

Pay

$172,364 – $258,547 annually
