Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance, meet KPIs, and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Create and execute call plans, handle objections, and close sales effectively.

  • Gather and share market intelligence to optimize brand strategy and differentiate value propositions.
  • Develop disease state expertise, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maximize brand performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business preferred; relevant industry experience required.
  • At least five years of industry experience, with three or more in pharmaceutical/health sciences, preferred.
  • Proven success in sales, strong presentation skills, and ability to adapt to customer behaviors.
  • Credibility, leadership, and collaboration skills, with experience operating in a matrix environment.
  • Must meet healthcare credentialing requirements and demonstrate in-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge.
