Role Overview

This field-based position involves driving sales performance, meeting or exceeding brand KPIs, marketing objectives, and financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute call plans to optimize customer coverage
  • Handle objections effectively
  • Build trusted relationships
  • Share market intelligence to align strategies
  • Identify and develop disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand value

Qualifications & Skills

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or related field, or at least five years of industry experience, including three in pharma or healthcare
  • Demonstrates in-depth therapeutic and product knowledge, strong sales and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability
  • Proven success in sales, leadership, and collaboration within complex environments is essential
  • Valid driver’s license and HCIR credentialing are required

  • Internal teams including sales, marketing, training, and customer service
