Role Overview
This field-based position involves driving sales performance, meeting or exceeding brand KPIs, marketing objectives, and financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute call plans to optimize customer coverage
- Handle objections effectively
- Build trusted relationships
- Share market intelligence to align strategies
- Identify and develop disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand value
Qualifications & Skills
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or related field, or at least five years of industry experience, including three in pharma or healthcare
- Demonstrates in-depth therapeutic and product knowledge, strong sales and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability
- Proven success in sales, leadership, and collaboration within complex environments is essential
- Valid driver’s license and HCIR credentialing are required
