Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and foster growth within engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Oversee development of secure, well-tested, high-performance frontend and backend code.
- Establish engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.
- Define long-term technical vision for platform evolution.
- Aid in recruiting and building a diverse engineering team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience leading software engineering teams with mentoring and performance management.
- Strong fullstack development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js).
- Experience designing scalable, secure architectures.
- Proficiency with modern frontend technologies and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, CI/CD).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- 7+ years of experience.
- Fintech familiarity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Leadership in regulated industries.
