About the Opportunity:The REMOTE SERVICE ENGINEER, IGT-S position is designed to provide remote technical support and diagnostics for healthcare customers using fixed systems products. This role is critical in resolving customer issues efficiently by leveraging remote access technologies, thereby reducing the need for on-site service calls and enhancing customer service responsiveness. Responsibilities:Provide telephone and remote technical support to external healthcare customers and field partners.Act as a representative in responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting.Utilize remote tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues.Escalate complex product issues appropriately for further evaluation.Implement best practices and process improvements in problem diagnosis and resolution.Drive productivity by maximizing use of remote support technologies.Manage customer communications via phone, email, or chat effectively. Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in diagnostic imaging service environment, preferably with Image Guided Therapy systems such as Azurion or Allura.Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking knowledge for equipment installation, diagnostics, and repair.Associate degree in electronics or equivalent education and experience; preferred degrees include BSEE, BSEET, BSME, or BSMET.Capability to work in office, home, or hospital settings, including flexible hours and on-call rotations.Ability to safely handle radiation sources and wear required personal protective equipment. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Hourly pay ranges vary by state, from $42 to $73 per hour, plus overtime eligibility.Includes annual incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, training, and advancement opportunities.Compensation depends on experience, location, and other factors.
