We are seeking an Senior Product Manager to lead our voice services and messaging portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for telecommunications products, including DIDs, Toll-Free Numbers, and international numbering systems.
- Drive innovation, oversee platform evolution, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize call quality and call flow, and establish KPIs to measure product success.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of product management experience.
- Industry expertise in telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols, carrier operations, and regulatory standards.
