Remote Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and roadmap of the Salesforce platform supporting lending, servicing, collections, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational needs into product requirements
• Lead discovery and prioritization
• Support product launches
• Expand platform utilization through reporting and integrations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience in fintech, lending, or operational environments

Qualifications

• Key skills include Salesforce knowledge, Agile practices, analytics tools, SDLC tools, and vendor management
