Remote Senior Safety Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Senior Safety Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead enterprise safety strategy and strengthen operational risk management across high-risk environments. The Senior Safety Manager will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to build a proactive safety culture, improve compliance, and reduce incidents. This position will also shape training, auditing, and continuous improvement efforts that support safe and reliable operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Establish the safety vision in partnership with executive leadership
• Develop company-wide safety policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
• Foster a culture of safety and engage employees in safety practices
• Manage operational risks and implement incident prevention strategies
• Set training requirements and perform audits and inspections
• Drive continuous improvement in safety systems and performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of safety leadership experience
• 5+ years in senior management within construction or related industries
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations
• Experience developing and managing comprehensive safety programs and training
• Ability to collaborate with executives on strategic safety initiatives
• Experience leading investigations and continuous improvement efforts
• Strong understanding of high-risk operational safety, including construction and electrical safety
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence all organizational levels

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
