Remote Senior Roblox Developer

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Roblox Developer to create high-fidelity, scalable, and engaging gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize immersive Roblox games using Luau scripting
• Collaborate with creative, design, and engineering teams to translate concepts into interactive features
• Lead development from idea to implementation, ensuring quality and industry standards
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical execution with project goals
• Implement gameplay mechanics, UI/UX, AI, and dynamic systems with performance optimization
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility across PC, mobile, and console
• Utilize advanced Roblox technologies like StreamingEnabled and MemoryStoreService
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance features for performance, reliability, and scalability

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of Roblox development experience with 2+ years in Luau
• Proficiency in Roblox Studio, scripting, OOP, and performance tuning
• Experience with backend services like datastores and data handling
• Knowledge of version control tools such as GitHub & Rojo
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively
