Job Details
- Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies
- Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
- Handle trust and probate administration matters
- Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles
- Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs
- Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters

Qualifications
- California Bar admission — must be CA-based
- Recent trusts and estates experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques
- Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them:
- High Net Worth Estate Planning
- Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
- GRATS, QTIPs, Marital Trusts
- Estate and Gift Tax Planning
- Business Succession Planning
- Powers of Attorney / Advance Directives
Benefits
- Base range: $150k to $225k (DOE)
- Structured performance-based bonuses — up to $300k total comp
- Quarterly bonus cadence — billable hours, originations, and collections
