About the role
Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies
Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
Handle trust and probate administration matters
Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles
Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs
Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters

Requirements
- California Bar admission — must be CA-based
- Recent trusts and estates experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques
- Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them:
- High Net Worth Estate Planning
- Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
- GRATs, QTIPs, Marital Trusts
- Estate and Gift Tax Planning
- Business Succession Planning
- Powers of Attorney / Advance Directives
