REMOTE Senior Estate Planning Attorney

Our practice covers estate planning, real estate, business law, and public agency representation. We are long-term legal advisors. Relationships here span generations.

Responsibilities

• Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies
• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
• Handle trust and probate administration matters
• Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles
• Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs
• Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters

Qualifications

• California Bar admission — must be CA-based
• Recent trusts and estates experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques

Pay

• Base range: $150k to $225k (DOE) + structured performance-based bonuses — up to $300k total comp
• Quarterly bonus cadence — billable hours, originations, and collections
