Job Details

• Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies
• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
• Handle trust and probate administration matters
• Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles
• Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs
• Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters

Looking For

• California Bar admission — must be CA-based
• Recent trusts and estates experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques

Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them: High Net Worth Estate Planning, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, GRATs, QTIPs, Marital Trusts, Estate and Gift Tax Planning, Business Succession Planning, Powers of Attorney / Advance Directives.
