About the role
Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies. Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney. Handle trust and probate administration matters. Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles. Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters.
Requirements
- California Bar admission — must be CA-based
- Recent trusts and estates experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques

Pay
Base range: $150,000 – $225,000 per year (DOE) plus structured performance-based bonuses — up to $300,000 total compensation. Quarterly bonus cadence based on billable hours, originations, and collections.
