Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Staff Data Infrastructure Engineer to lead and manage data infrastructure in FedRAMP environments, acting as a vital link between R&D and Federal Operations teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• US Citizenship with 7+ years in Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps focused on data systems
• Expertise in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka), and open-lakehouse tools (e.g., Spark)
• Strong Linux and AWS/cloud skills, with Kubernetes proficiency and Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Helm)
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and mentoring

Preferred Experience

• FedRAMP or DoD compliance
• Service Mesh technologies
• Big Data frameworks
• Working within distributed global teams

Compensation

Salary range $200,000 - $220,000 plus bonus/equity, with comprehensive benefits supporting work-life balance.
