Remote Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney
About the role
Pitcoff Law Group is a nationally recognized, rapidly growing commercial litigation and business law firm representing founders, executives, businesses, and investors in high-stakes disputes. We were named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies and have ranked among the Law Firm 500’s fastest-growing law firms in the country for three consecutive years, including #15 nationally in 2025 and #1 in business law and commercial litigation. Our growth reflects the kind of firm we are building: sophisticated, responsive, entrepreneurial, and highly accountable. We combine the caliber of work and responsibility found at larger firms with the agility, access, and flexibility of a modern boutique.
The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to lead complex business disputes, particularly partnership and shareholder disputes, business divorces, contract disputes, fiduciary duty claims, and other significant commercial matters. This is a role for an experienced litigator who wants real ownership. You will develop case strategy, manage matters from inception through resolution, work directly with sophisticated clients, and take the lead on the substantive decisions that move cases forward. Our attorneys work in a remote-first environment built around autonomy, responsiveness, and trust. The model offers meaningful flexibility, but it works because our attorneys are highly organized, technologically capable, proactive communicators, and fully engaged with their clients and colleagues. We also value the connection that comes from working together in person. The team meets monthly in New York City, and our Manhattan office is available for client meetings, collaboration, and other situations where being together adds value. For the right attorney, this is an opportunity to do sophisticated work, have greater control over how you practice, and play an important role in a firm that is continuing to grow.
