Remote Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build complex multi-step agent architectures
• Design retrieval layers with grounding and reranking
• Manage eval stacks for performance and safety
• Integrate agents with production systems
• Drive MLOps practices such as deployment, versioning, and incident management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in production LLM or agent systems
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (preferably LangGraph)
• Strong knowledge of RAG fundamentals
• Experience with fintech or regulated environments
