Remote Senior Accountant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team, with a focus on ensuring accurate financial operations and reporting. The role involves managing monthly closes, preparing journal entries, maintaining account reconciliations, and resolving variances. You will support accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash management. Additionally, you will identify process improvements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and assist with external audits and financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or candidate preferred
• 4+ years of experience
• Solid U.S. GAAP knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus
