Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls helping individuals understand their coverages and select the right products and services
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers
• Demonstrate compassion when assisting individuals
• Build customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust
• Assist with the workflow of applications for Medicare consideration, answering questions related to policies
• Work experience in a sales position, where sales skills were demonstrated

Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the state you reside (Alabama)
• At least one year of previous sales experience, preferred in insurance sales under 65
• Secure compliant enrollment into an appropriate medical plan
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
• At least 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while adhering to a assigned schedule with minimal assistance
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude

Work at Home Requirements

• Desktop or laptop (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible)
• Operating system: Windows 11
• The computer must have at least 8GB of RAM and a Processor speed: i3 4th generation or better
• 2nd computer monitor required
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech are recommended; 3.5 mm headsets and gaming-style headsets are not approved)
• High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi, Satellite, or Hot Spot)
• Wired provider (no mobile broadband connections allowed)
• Upload speed of 25 Mbps; Download speed of 50 Mbps
• Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
• Latency under 100ms
• Available cell phone or tablet with minimum system requirements of Android 8.0 and later or iOS 14 or later, and must install the Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) Application required by Qualfon IT
