Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Consultant with expertise in designing and implementing payroll integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, integration design, testing, and payroll implementations.

Required Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll
• Payroll integration design & implementation
• End-to-end integration lifecycle (Design, Testing, Deployment)
• Integration documentation (As-Is/To-Be analysis)
• Test script and test case creation
• Manual integration testing
• Payroll vendor integrations
• Data mapping and field mapping
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in implementation projects (not only production support)

Preferred Skills

• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Dell Boomi
• Workforce Software (Time, Absence, Scheduling)

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors integration experience
• Strong background in EC Payroll implementations
• Experience supporting payroll for Norway, Spain, Portugal, or Argentina (mandatory)
• Experience working with third-party payroll vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
