REMOTE - Salesforce Business Analyst

About the role

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a federal health organization. This position is fully remote. This is an exciting opportunity to support a mission in providing training and technical support services to Federally-Facilitated marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions, develop and refine complex data models, integrate external systems, automate business processes, and build custom functionality to meet business needs.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams.
• Develop and review user stories and future-state process flows to support Salesforce solution design and development.
• Analyze and improve requirements-gathering processes to increase efficiency and drive better business outcomes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience capturing and writing user stories
• 3+ or more years of business processes and business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment
• In depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), LWC, Aura, and Tableau CRM
• Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, and experience working in a Scrum and/or SAFe Agile environment
• Must possess Valid Salesforce certification
• Bachelors' degree required

Compensation

• Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 depending on experience
