Remote Sales Representative - Storm Restoration

Role Overview

Seeking a Commission-only Storm Restoration Sales Representative to engage with property owners, inspect storm-damaged properties, and guide clients through insurance claim processes. The role involves both residential field sales and remote commercial inside sales, with leads provided through software and inside sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified homeowners and business owners
• Inspect storm-damaged properties and assist with insurance claims
• Secure restoration agreements and oversee repair steps

Qualifications & Skills

• Reliable transportation for residential reps; computer and phone for commercial reps
• Energetic, persuasive, confident communicator
• Comfortable working with property owners in person or remotely
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Support

• 100% commission with potential earnings of $6K–$15K weekly
• Leads, storm data, training, shadowing, and tools provided
