Responsibilities

  • Complete outbound calls to engage prospects, generate leads, and drive sales
  • Convert inbound marketing-generated calls into sales
  • Understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, and answer questions about services and pricing
  • Close sales and meet targets
  • Stay informed about competitors' products and services

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of proven Inside Sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Customer service aptitude to build trust and teamwork skills
  • Appetite for learning and continuous improvement

Additional Requirements

  • Familiarity with consulting and sales techniques
  • Energetic, outgoing demeanor with goal-oriented mindset
  • Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, reach, lift up to 20 pounds, and work indoors/outdoors
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
