Responsibilities
- Complete outbound calls to engage prospects, generate leads, and drive sales
- Convert inbound marketing-generated calls into sales
- Understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, and answer questions about services and pricing
- Close sales and meet targets
- Stay informed about competitors' products and services
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of proven Inside Sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Customer service aptitude to build trust and teamwork skills
- Appetite for learning and continuous improvement
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with consulting and sales techniques
- Energetic, outgoing demeanor with goal-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, reach, lift up to 20 pounds, and work indoors/outdoors
- Ability to travel up to 10%
