Responsibilities

• Employ expert consultative selling techniques to understand member needs and tailor travel packages accordingly.
• Proactively reach out to members to introduce exclusive offers and build lasting relationships.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Become a trusted advisor by developing in-depth knowledge of our travel products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and beyond.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Passion for travel and a desire to create unforgettable experiences
