Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based and paid directly by the carriers — which means no middleman, no splits, and no waiting on a paycheck cycle. In-house lead program Most agents spend as much time chasing leads as they do closing them. We solved that before we ever recruited. Our in-house mortgage protection lead program was built, tested, and validated internally — and is available to agents at a fraction of what leads cost on the open market. You get consistent, qualified prospects without the overhead that typically kills margins for independent producers. Starting contract rates and bonus structures are meaningfully above what most independent agencies offer out of the gate. For candidates with a proven track record and verifiable production history, we can move substantially on where we start — compensation conversations for high producers look different here than they do at a standard agency.
Residual and renewal income
Depending on the product and carrier, agents build residual and renewal income alongside active production — creating a compounding income base over time, not just a commission-per-sale model. Full compensation details, carrier access, lead program pricing, bonus structure, and advancement are discussed during the interview process. If you produce, this conversation is worth having.
