Previous insurance experience is not required.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective clients by phone or video
• Ask questions to understand each client’s protection needs
• Explain available insurance solutions clearly and professionally
• Follow a structured sales and appointment process
• Maintain accurate records and complete client follow-up
• Participate in training, meetings, and coaching
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, call centers, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills
• Confidence speaking with prospective clients and handling objections
• Professional, dependable, and self-directed work habits
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Coachable and willing to follow established systems
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete a background check where required
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license and complete required training
